Spicy Chopped Chicken——Makes chicken ribs no longer tasteless
Overview
Chopped chicken is generally made from chicken ribs and chicken necks that are tasteless and have little meat. When chickens are killed at home, the meaty parts such as chicken legs and breasts are usually used to make soup to honor the elderly. The chicken ribs and chicken necks, which are rich in bones, are used to chop the chicken. This requires the person who chops the chicken to not only have good knife skills but also have the patience to chop the chicken bones into minced meat. Chopped chicken is usually stir-fried with spicy millet and coriander roots, making it an appetizing meal for young people and a source of calcium. Today I used young black-bone chicken to mince raw chicken, so the color of the finished product is not very nice.
