For the prawns, remove the threads, cut off the whiskers, break off the heads and clean them.

Prepare asparagus, coriander, mushrooms, and tomatoes, wash and cut them into pieces and set aside.

Egg noodles for two.

Then prepare an appropriate amount of ginger and onion.

Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and green onions until fragrant.

Pour in the shrimp heads and meat.

Fry until the water dries up.
