Braised chicken feet
Overview
Chicken feet are rich in collagen, which can soften and protect blood vessels, and can reduce blood fat and cholesterol in the human body. It can enhance skin tension and eliminate wrinkles. Chicken feet are also rich in copper, which has an important impact on the development and function of the blood, central nervous system and immune system, hair, skin and bone tissue, as well as the brain, liver, heart and other internal organs. Especially for women, eating more chicken feet can make the skin more elastic and reduce the formation of wrinkles. Today I made a braised chicken feet dish and ate four of them in one go!
