Wash the lean pork and cut it into shreds.

Lean meat, cut into shreds!

Tofu!

Tofu, blanch the tofu in a pot of boiling water for a minute or two, then remove and drain.

Also put the lean pork shreds in boiling water for one minute, remove and drain!

Turn on the heat, add cooking oil, minced garlic, stir fry, and add appropriate amount of salt. Remember to add salt!

Then put half a small bowl of water!

Put tofu and the right amount of dark soy sauce!

Then, use a spatula to carefully chop the tofu into four small pieces! Cook slowly!

Drain the shredded pork and add a little light soy sauce!

Add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir it together!

Cook the tofu for about 6 to 8 minutes (remember to stir it halfway), add shredded pork and stir carefully

Add a little chicken powder, (or not, everyone is free to do it)

Add the leeks and cook for a minute or two!

Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch water mixed with cornstarch, stir it, and turn off the heat when it boils. Done!
