Fried rice noodles
Overview
Rice noodles are a very popular delicacy in southern China. Rice noodles are made of rice as raw material and are made into strips and silk-like rice products through processes such as soaking, steaming and pressing. The texture of rice noodles is soft and elastic. It does not burn into the soup when boiled and is not easy to break when dry-fried. It can be boiled or dry-fried with various vegetables or soups. It is smooth and tasty and very delicious

Chop garlic sprouts, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms and set aside

Beat the eggs, then fry until cooked, set aside

Soak the dry rice noodles in cold water until soft, about 10 minutes
