Cocoa Cookies
Overview
There is a greedy little girl at home, and she wants to eat biscuits with chocolate flavor. Okay, let's do it, besides, I eat more than her, hehe. Since I don’t like the taste of butter, and I don’t like it to be too sweet, I make the biscuits in my own way every time, completely changing the original recipes of the masters. Reduce the amount of butter, reduce the amount of powdered sugar, and then add egg liquid or milk. I feel that adding too much egg liquid will have a fishy smell, so I add milk and reduce the amount of butter. I am afraid that it will not be crispy, so I like to use part of cornstarch instead of flour. It is still very delicious when made, and it does not melt in the mouth, but it is still very crispy. If you really want to make it crispier, then add 1 to 2 grams of baking powder. Personally, I think this is good, so I omit the baking powder. At least this way there is one less additive, haha...
