Pu'er tea braised pork with potatoes

Use Pu'er tea instead of water to stew braised pork, which can remove the fishy smell and relieve greasiness while also adding the aroma of tea. Let's try it too.

Cut the pork belly into pieces and soak in cold water for 1 hour

Prepare appropriate amount of spices, aniseed, bay leaves, peppercorns, cinnamon and fennel

Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic

Prepare a basin of brewed Pu'er tea

Put base oil in the pot

Add onions, ginger, garlic and spices and saute until fragrant

Add pork belly and stir-fry with light soy sauce

Add dark soy sauce

Add a little more vinegar

After proper stir-frying, add the Pu'er tea soup (be careful not to pour the tea leaves into it)
