Prepare ingredients.

Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour.

Put rice and appropriate amount of water in the casserole.

Select the menu "Casserole Porridge" in the pot and press the start button.

Wash the celery and cut into small cubes.

Wash the squid and cut into small pieces.

Remove the whiskers and intestines of the shrimp. Wash the shrimp again.

Let the porridge cook for about 1 and a half hours. Add squid and ginger.

Add the diced celery.

Then add the shrimp and cook together.

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the porridge.
