Prepare ingredients.

Put all the ingredients in the seasoning in a small bowl and make a sauce. Set aside.

Chill the pork liver in the refrigerator until slightly hard (for easier slicing), then cut into thin slices.

Cut the green pepper, red pepper, and garlic into slices, and cut the ginger into shreds.

Soak the cut pork liver in clean water for two hours to remove blood and toxins. During this period, the water should be changed several times and cleaned.

Remove the soaked pork liver, drain the water, add cooking wine, pepper and a little oil, mix well and marinate for a while.

Heat oil in a pan.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the pork liver and stir-fry quickly until it changes color, it will take a few seconds.

Dish out and set aside.

Leave oil in the pot, add chili, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until cooked.
