Cilantro Pork Dumplings
Overview
Dumplings are a staple food often eaten in Shandong. They are a must-eat during festivals or when relatives come home. However, I had never eaten dumplings stuffed with coriander before I went to school in the south. The first time I ate them, I lamented that coriander and meat are a perfect match, and I almost swallowed them with my tongue! After I went back, I tried to make my own dumplings stuffed with coriander, but the ones I made were not delicious at first. Later, after my constant exploration, I finally reached a level comparable to that of a dumpling shop! Haha. . . There are also tips when preparing stuffing

It tastes even better with my own garlic dipping sauce. The recipe for garlic dipping sauce is as follows: pound ten cloves of garlic into garlic paste, add the same amount of fresh soy sauce as the garlic paste and twice the amount of mature vinegar, and then add a few drops of sesame oil and salt to taste
