  3. When the meat is a little warm, you can cut it into strips. Make sure you cut it according to the texture of the meat, otherwise the meat will not be shaped when fried and the taste will not be good

  4. Heat the oil over high heat until 8 is cooked, then turn to low heat and stir-fry the beef
