Hot and sour soup (Southeast Asian style)
Overview
What's different from Chinese hot and sour soup is that it adds sour bamboo shoots and fish sauce. I ate it in a Southeast Asian restaurant and liked it very much.

Shred fungus, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, pickled bamboo shoots, slice tofu and cut into thin strips

Beat eggs

Mix pepper, fish sauce, Maggi and light soy sauce

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add all the ingredients, bring to a boil and remove the foam, add pepper bowl juice and chicken stock cubes and cook briefly

Add the water starch in batches, beat in the egg drops, pour in vinegar and turn off the heat
