Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and light soy sauce to the meat filling, stir evenly, and add water starch.

After adding the water starch, beat thoroughly until slightly stiff. (Adding water starch can make the meat filling more tender, more tightly packed, and easy to shape)

Wash the cabbage, cut into 8-10 cm long pieces, put in boiling water and cook until slightly transparent and soft. (It must be cooked until it is transparent before it can be easily folded into Buddha's hand, otherwise it will be easy to break.)

Drain the soft boiled cabbage directly into cold water and let cool.

Drain the water from the cooled cabbage, place a piece on the chopping board, and make 4 even cuts from the middle of the cabbage. (As shown in the picture, do not draw lines on both sides)

Take some meat filling and put it on the chopped cabbage. (With more meat filling, the steamed bergamot will be fuller)

Fold one side of the cabbage and cover it with the meat filling, forming a bergamot shape.

All the cabbage and meat fillings are prepared in sequence and stacked neatly. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.

When steaming the cabbage rolls, cut the broccoli into small florets, blanch it with a little MSG, salt, and sesame oil to taste and set aside.

Take out the steamed cabbage rolls, pour out the steamed soup, and put the delicious broccoli in the middle of the cabbage rolls for decoration.

Pour the filtered soup into the pot, add water starch into the thin gravy, and pour in sesame oil.
