  2. Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and light soy sauce to the meat filling, stir evenly, and add water starch.

  3. After adding the water starch, beat thoroughly until slightly stiff. (Adding water starch can make the meat filling more tender, more tightly packed, and easy to shape)

  4. Wash the cabbage, cut into 8-10 cm long pieces, put in boiling water and cook until slightly transparent and soft. (It must be cooked until it is transparent before it can be easily folded into Buddha's hand, otherwise it will be easy to break.)

  5. Drain the soft boiled cabbage directly into cold water and let cool.

  6. Drain the water from the cooled cabbage, place a piece on the chopping board, and make 4 even cuts from the middle of the cabbage. (As shown in the picture, do not draw lines on both sides)

  10. When steaming the cabbage rolls, cut the broccoli into small florets, blanch it with a little MSG, salt, and sesame oil to taste and set aside.
