I liked it very much and bought it back. It's a flaky piece of meat on top of beef ribs. It is eaten in the simplest way, boiled in water, it is really good, the beef soup is very delicious, and the beef is added with chili oil to accompany the flavor, it is also very beautiful.

Soak and wash the beef you buy home.

Cut into large pieces. Add onion and ginger and blanch in cold water.
