Then add about 5g of corn oil or soybean oil and knead it into a smooth dough~

Cover the chopping board with plastic wrap to prevent dirt and sticking. Divide the dough and fillings into appropriate equal parts and start wrapping

After wrapping, use a mold to carefully and patiently press out the patterns. I don’t have a special cake mold at home, so I use the mold I used to make mooncakes 🙄

Brush a layer of corn oil into the steamed pan and steam for 6.7 minutes on boiling water (don’t make the cake too thick, otherwise it will be difficult to steam and it will not be translucent and beautiful enough😊)
