  4. Heat the pan with cold oil, fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat until fragrant, and take them out.

  5. Stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil, then add the ingredients in step 3 and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Turn on high heat and stir-fry cabbage for about 3 minutes.

  7. Add light soy sauce and salt to taste.
