Luffa and lean meat porridge
Overview
My husband is not at home with the children, so I just want to make do with something simple, but I don’t want to order takeout. After all, I still want to cook clean and hygienic meals. What to eat, after thinking about it, I might as well make some loofah lean meat porridge. Both nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First steam the rice in the pressure cooker.
-
Steam the rice, put it in a pot of cold water over high heat, and bring the water to a boil.
-
Cut the meat into thin strips, add salt, and marinate it with sesame oil and shredded ginger (the longer it marinates, the more delicious it will be).
-
Cut the loofah with hob and set aside.
-
Bring the rice to a boil, simmer it over low heat for about ten minutes, add the marinated shredded pork, and if you don't like ginger, pick out the ginger. (Personally, I think it is good for the body to eat some ginger when drinking cold drinks with air conditioners and fans in the summer.) Add the loofah after fifteen minutes. Boil over low heat.

Take out of the pan and add a few drops of sesame oil.
