【Tomato stewed beef brisket】
Overview
Beef brisket, among many meats, has a high protein content and a relatively low fat content. Beef is high in iron and paired with tomatoes, you can absorb more collagen. It is salty and sweet, and is loved by both the elderly, children and adults.

Pour 5g of olive oil into the pot, stir-fry the green onion, ginger and bay leaves until the flavor develops

Add carrots, onions, celery

Stir fry until slightly softened

Add the blanched and washed beef brisket and continue to stir-fry

Add water to cover the beef brisket by about 1cm, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for an hour

Take out the beef brisket and don’t need anything else

Pour in 5g of olive oil and stir-fry the minced onion and ginger

Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until the soup comes out

Add onions and stir-fry

Add carrots and beef brisket and stir-fry

Sprinkle in rosemary

Pour water to be level with the beef brisket, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt, and simmer for about 20 minutes to reduce the juice
