Meatballs, tofu and shredded lettuce soup
Overview
My children and I like to eat all kinds of meatballs, but we dare not buy them from outside. I have no choice but to do it myself, so I can have soup and water to drink. A bowl of it will be very satisfying!

Steps
-
Soak all the ingredients and the purchased tofu in water for about half an hour.
-
Chop eight-quarter lean and two-cent fat pork front leg meat into minced meat (finally add the white part of the green onion and mince it together), add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
-
Stir evenly and use the egg mixer function to stir for a few minutes (you can also use chopsticks to stir clockwise until the pork becomes gluey).
-
Carefully cut the tofu into thin strips and soak in water.
-
Cut the lettuce into thin strips and prepare two slices of ginger.
-
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a casserole over low heat, add ginger slices, and when the water is warm, squeeze the meatballs in.
-
Turn the heat back to medium and cook the meatballs until they float to the surface.
-
Add the shredded tofu and continue to cook for a few minutes after boiling.
-
Finally, sprinkle with shredded lettuce and add appropriate amount of salt after boiling.
