My children and I like to eat all kinds of meatballs, but we dare not buy them from outside. I have no choice but to do it myself, so I can have soup and water to drink. A bowl of it will be very satisfying!

  6. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a casserole over low heat, add ginger slices, and when the water is warm, squeeze the meatballs in.

  7. Turn the heat back to medium and cook the meatballs until they float to the surface.
