Small size, big energy - Cranberry cereal energy bar
Overview
Is there anyone like me? Do you like crispy pralines, but have a headache when you have to boil the syrup? Don’t worry, lazy people have their own lazy ways, try this energy bar. It is specially made into small pieces, one bite at a time, but it contains a variety of nutrients from nuts, preserved fruits and grains. This little energy bar, paired with a cup of strong coffee, is a very pleasant afternoon! The happiest thing is that you don’t have to boil syrup! You can put the ingredients as you like, and put the liquid as you like. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that when baking, slightly adjust the baking time. If there are more liquids, you can just extend the baking time a little. Isn't it super simple? The little energy bar is super filling. Summer is here, why not make energy bars rich in crude fiber instead of staple food.
