Pearl tofu balls
Overview
After the beginning of autumn, although the weather in Beijing is not obviously cooler, it still cannot stop the motivation to put on weight. The pearl meatballs are mixed with some tofu, which is nutritious but not greasy.

Mix the pork stuffing with the above-mentioned seasonings, and soak the glutinous rice 2 or 3 hours in advance

Slightly chop the tofu and add the meat filling

Beat evenly, this is the only different step from making pearl balls

Take a small piece of meat filling and roll it into a round

Naked meatballs rolled in a pile of glutinous rice

Wearing the "pearl" coat, you can stand together decently

If there is a lot of filling, put another layer of meatballs on top

Steam it for about 15 minutes and it will be ready
