Spicy and sour fern root powder

  1. Add salt to the bowl and it tastes very fresh.

  2. Add minced ginger and minced garlic.

  3. Add chili oil.

  4. Put more vinegar in moderation.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

  6. Chop the green and red chilies and add to the bowl.

  7. Put the fern root powder into the pot and cook over low heat for 8 minutes.

  8. Take out and let cool until boiled.

  9. Remove and drain the water, put it into a plate, and pour in the sauce.

  10. Place some chopped coriander on top.

  11. Just mix well when eating.
