Pressure cooker version of Beer Potato Beef
Overview
I made beer beef in a Dutch cast iron pot last time, and it was very delicious. I just bought a multifunctional electric pressure cooker not long ago, and I want to try making beer beef. It should be good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour cold water into the pot, add cut beef or boxed beef cubes, turn on medium-low heat, and boil the bleeding water (if you have a dog at home, the boiled water with blood foam can be given to the dog after letting it dry);
-
Pick up the beef pieces and rinse them with hot water;
-
Pour about 1 bowl of water and 5 pieces of ginger, put the meat into the pressure cooker, and cook using the porridge function (the wall of the pot shows 20 minutes);
-
Save the beef stew soup and use it to cook other dishes. Don’t waste it. Put the meat in the pressure cooker;
-
Pour in potato cubes, carrot cubes, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 2 cans of beer, close the lid and use the SlowCook function to cook for 1-- 1.5 hours is enough. When you select the slow speed, 4:00 will be displayed, but it does not take that long to cook this dish. We can use the electronic alarm clock to remind us, and just stop the fire and cancel after the time. This dish is rich in soup. Add salt to taste when you enjoy it.
