Wash the crucian carp and make a diagonal cut with a knife. Cut the tofu into 2cm thick slices. Slice green onions, slice ginger, and cut off coriander.

Heat the pan, add 10 grams of oil, and fry both sides over medium heat until fragrant.

Add onion and ginger slices and fry until fragrant.

Pour in 500 grams of water. Add salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, and pepper in sequence, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the tofu and simmer covered over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

When the soup is thick and white, take it out of the pot and put it on a plate, drip with sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander.
