Watery belly
Overview
This is a dish that my family must order when going to restaurants. It is more economical to make it at home. Make a homemade version of water-fried belly. The beef louvers I bought are semi-finished products that have been processed by the merchant.

Main raw materials.

Wash and cut coriander into sections and set aside.

Blanch the beef louvers and set aside.

Add light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil to sesame paste, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pour the prepared sesame sauce on top of the beef scallops and coriander.

Fry the chili oil until fragrant and pour it on top of the fried belly. Mix well and serve.
