Garlic white meat
Overview
White meat sounds a little tasteless and greasy. Actually it is not, it tastes very fragrant in your mouth. Although the meat slices are large and thick, diners still want to eat another piece after eating one. The key to the allure is: serve it with your own sauce.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork.
-
Prepare onions, ginger, and aniseed.
-
Add water to the pot, add the pork, onion, ginger, and aniseed and cook until the meat is cooked, remove and drain the water.
-
Peel the garlic and chop into pieces.
-
Put the chopped garlic into a container and add salt.
-
Add garlic oyster sauce.
-
Add sesame oil.
-
Add light soy sauce and stir evenly to form a sauce.
-
Cut the cooked pork into slices and place on a plate. The meat slices can be any size or thickness (my diners like to eat meat in large quantities, so the meat slices are large and thick).
-
Pour the sauce onto the meat slices.

Ready to enjoy.
