Love Pumpkin Pie
Overview
My dad and I both love pumpkin pie very much. Whenever we go out for a family dinner and order food and see a menu with pumpkin pie, we will always say pumpkin pie in unison. After saying that, we looked at each other and giggled. This common preference has given us a little more tacit understanding in our daily lives. When we go out and see good-quality pumpkins, he will quietly help me buy them home and put them in the kitchen. Recently, I like to cook delicious food at home. The snack I make the most is pumpkin pie, with all kinds of flavors. After trying it, he was the one who ate the finished product with gusto. No matter whether it was a success or a failure, he would try it and give his opinions and suggestions on how to taste it. Over time, he laughed at himself as a guinea pig haha~~ In order to reward the guinea pig for its diligence and bravery, he specially made this love pumpkin pie.

To make pumpkin pie, choose old pumpkins;

Peel and cut the pumpkin into thin slices, put it in a steamer over high heat for 15 minutes, until it is cooked and soft;

Mash pumpkin puree while hot;

Add sugar and mix well;

Pour in glutinous rice flour and flour;

Knead into smooth dough;
