Pick and wash the Chinese cabbage, drain and set aside.

Wash the dried shrimps and soak them for a while.

Chop onion, ginger, garlic, and shred dry red pepper.

The dried shrimps squeeze out the moisture.

Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp skin and stir-fry.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper and continue to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the cabbage and stir-fry. When the cabbage tower is set, add light soy sauce and consume oil. Take it out of the pan and pour in sesame oil.
