[Invigorating Qi and Blood] Chestnut Chicken Soup
Overview
Usually when making soup, you use the reservation function. You put all the ingredients into the stew pot at once, and then wait to add the appropriate amount of salt and pepper before eating~~~~The advantage of this is that it is simple and saves trouble. The disadvantage is that ingredients that are easy to stew will be a bit ugly. For example, green onions will become unrecognizable after 3-4 hours of stewing~~~ In view of the above situation, if I have time on weekends, I still prefer to use the following method~~~ It seems a little more troublesome, but in fact there is not much difference, and it is just a matter of adding ingredients in batches according to the time~~~ Today’s [chestnut chicken soup] looks more like mixed vegetable soup~~ Originally, I only planned to use chestnuts and American ginseng to make soup, but then I discovered carrots, so I added carrots~~~ Then I discovered lettuce, so I simply added lettuce~~~ It not only solves the problem of the remaining ingredients in the refrigerator, but also satisfies our appetite, and our bodies are also recuperated. I won’t go into details about replenishing qi and blood, enhancing immunity, etc., O(∩_∩)O~~~~~ In one sentence: kill several birds with one stone!
