Steamed Pork Ribs with Spicy Black Bean Sauce

Overview

Fragrant and spicy, it goes very well with rice. If you make more, you can save it to cook noodles and use it as a lid.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Wash the pork ribs and pat them dry, then salt them and put them in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 minutes. This way the salt can absorb the flavor right away, saving time. Of course, don’t freeze the ribs into ice cubes.

  2. Add oil to the pot and heat over high heat

  3. After the oil is red, add the pork ribs and fry over medium heat.

  4. Fry the spareribs until golden brown and no more blood, then take them out and put them into a steaming bowl

  5. Add all seasonings

  6. Then pour 3 tablespoons of the oil used to fry the pork ribs in the pot into the steaming bowl.

  7. Place in pressure cooker and steam for 30 minutes. I used an electric steamer today, so I steamed it for 1 and a half hours.

  8. Then sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve. Stir when eating so that the seasonings are evenly incorporated into the oil soup.
