Braised pork tofu

Love food, love to read recipes, love to try. When I saw this dish, I prepared the ingredients to make it. It's good to have this for breakfast. We have eggs, meat, and tofu, so you can add anything to it.

Crush the old tofu and put it in a bowl. You can use your hands or a spoon. (You can season it for the first time here, or you can eat the original flavor, which is also ok if you rely solely on the flavor of the meat)

Crack the eggs and mix well. Pour the egg mixture over the tofu.

Steam in a basket and wait until the water boils, about ten minutes.

Mince the meat, add chopped ginger, onion and various seasonings and mix evenly. All other ingredients are changed.

Preheat the pan, add oil and sauté the chopped onions until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry.

After stir-frying, add chopped vegetables and stir-fry.

After the tofu is steamed, take it out of the pot.

Season the minced meat and pour starch water over it.

After the meat is fried, add chopped red pepper. Pour the fried meat sauce over the steamed tofu, mix and eat.
