Spicy roasted duck blood
Overview
Guizhou Spicy Roast Duck Blood Ciba Chili is a unique condiment in Guizhou. This chili product uses Huaxi chili peppers that are spicy but not strong and have a strong fragrance. Remove the stems, wash them clean, soak them in water (if urgently needed, you can use hot water), add an appropriate amount of washed young ginger and garlic cloves and put them into a pounding bowl to dissolve. It gets its name because it looks like glutinous rice cake. The duck blood cooked with glutinous rice cake pepper is spicy but not dry, tender and delicious!

Slice duck blood and cabbage and set aside
