Sesame Breadsticks
Overview
The more you chew, the more delicious the breadsticks become. They are tough on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s great to have one when watching TV shows at night.

Put all the ingredients except olive oil and sesame seeds into the bread machine and start the kneading process.

Take out the dough and knead the olive oil into the dough in batches until the oil is completely absorbed by the dough.

Knead for a while until the dough is smooth and non-sticky, add black and white sesame seeds and knead well to ferment.

Ferment until the volume becomes larger and the hole will not shrink when you poke a hole with your hand. I cover the fermentation directly on the panel.

The fermented dough is deflated and rounded, covered and rested for 20 minutes.

Roll into long shape.

Cut into strips about 1cm wide.

Shape into long strips with your hands and place on baking sheet.

Do not ferment twice. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
