Wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces

Chop onions, ginger and garlic into fine pieces and set aside

Wash the lean meat with warm water and chop into pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the color turns completely white

Add one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of sugar and one spoon of cooking wine

Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat until soft

Add half a bowl of water and simmer over low heat

Add two tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste

When cooked, the soup will become thicker and the soup will be reduced (no need to add salt, all kinds of seasonings are salty)
