Yellow croaker stewed with tofu
Overview
Yellow croaker and tofu both have the effect of lowering cholesterol. Eating them together is very helpful for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction. Wash and drain the yellow croaker, cut the tofu into cubes, cut the dry red pepper into sections, and slice the onions, ginger and garlic.
