Wash the pork and drain it.

Slice fat and thin separately.

Add some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, corn starch to the lean meat, and finally add some peanut oil to marinate and set aside.

Trim and tail the garlic seedlings and wash the peppers.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into cubes.

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chili sauce, and chicken powder to prepare the sauce and set aside.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the cut fat meat to release the oil.

Pour in the chopped lean meat and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir fry constantly until the meat turns white.

Add the garlic stalks and stir-fry for a few times.

Pour in the chili peppers and continue to stir-fry, and finally add the garlic sprouts.
