-
Add ginger slices to water and blend into juice in a food processor.
-
Add sesame oil, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the meat filling and stir evenly. Add ginger water and knead evenly to allow the filling to completely absorb the ginger water.
-
Take a wonton wrapper and put the meat filling on it.
-
Fold the wonton wrapper in half and use your thumbs and index fingers to squeeze the filling area together to keep the wonton filling together.
-
Fold the two ends back and pinch them tightly (if you don't want them to stick tightly, you can put some water on them).
-
Wrap all the wontons in sequence.
-
Pour the wontons into boiling water and use a slotted spoon to gently move them against the bottom of the pot to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, add cold water twice and bring to the boil again.
-
When cooking wontons, prepare the soup base: vegetable oil + salt + minced coriander + chopped green onion + sauerkraut + dark soy sauce + light soy sauce + chili + put the wontons into the pot and cook them. First, scoop a spoonful of wonton soup into a bowl and adjust the wonton soup.
-
Then add the cooked wontons (if you like spicy food, you can add a little red oil) and drizzle with sesame oil, which is fragrant.
