Sausage, watercress and rice
Overview
If you don't eat fresh broad beans, they will be out of the market soon. Nowadays, the watercress is thick and waxy. It is best to add some sausage to cook. The strong fragrance of the sausage, the fresh fragrance of the watercress, and the fragrance of the cabbage are mixed into the delicious vegetable rice. No side dishes are needed, and you can eat it with just a bowl of rice.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the rice and soak it in water for ten minutes.

Peel broad bean kernels and set aside.

Chop cabbage, onions, and sausage into fine pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add cabbage foam and broad bean wedges.
