Homemade duck neck
Overview
I usually like to eat duck neck, but I think the ones sold outside are unhygienic. You can make the same taste as outside at home. And it’s healthy and affordable!

Chop the duck neck into small pieces and soak in water for half an hour

Prepare the seasoning, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and stir-fry the star anise, peppercorns, ginger slices, cinnamon, chili and green onion until fragrant

Add the stir-fried ingredients to the duck neck, add two teaspoons of dark soy sauce, three teaspoons of cooking wine, and one teaspoon of pepper

Add enough water to cover the duck neck, bring to a boil over medium heat (it takes about thirty-five minutes), add a teaspoon of salt and a little chicken powder to taste
