Pour a full amount of hot water into the flour, knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour, then divide it into four parts and press it into a thin crust. Mix chopped green onion + oil + salt and apply it on the cake, leaving a 5 cm margin to stick the dough and prevent it from spreading.

Roll up the dough tightly and let it rest for an hour. Use a rolling pin to press the dough into a thin layer, then place it in a pan and fry both sides until fragrant.

Because it is a pan and the dough is oily, I personally like to fry it directly until golden 👌
