Overview
Stir-fried pork with oyster mushrooms is the most common home-cooked dish. The surface of the oyster mushrooms I bought is darker in color. It must have seen light during the growth period. The oyster mushrooms themselves have a very fresh taste. They are seasoned with only a little salt and the taste is great.
