Steamed cornmeal and radish dumplings
Overview
Cornmeal is considered a coarse grain, and families generally eat less of it. It's very popular in my house, and most people make polenta for breakfast. It’s rare to make steamed buns with cornmeal, and everyone in the family says they taste bad. There are many types of steamed dumplings. Sometimes some glutinous rice flour is added, sometimes some flour and eggs are added to fry and pancakes taste good. Cornmeal has various health effects such as lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids, resisting arteriosclerosis, preventing intestinal cancer, beautifying the skin, delaying aging, etc. It is also a suitable product for people with diabetes.
