Overview

Sometimes the beef we buy is cut off in areas that are not so neat, and some of it is just three-pointed and eight-pointed. If it is diced, it can avoid the conditions and requirements of slicing or cutting into strips. Stir-fried diced beef is also a very attractive dish.

  3. Stir-fry the beef over medium heat until it is about 70% cooked. Remove it from the pot. Without washing the pot, add half a pot of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to give the asparagus a flavor. Use the remaining oil and juice from the fried beef to blanch the water and let it serve. Dish it out and drain it after a while;
