Put all the ingredients in the main ingredients into a basin, stir into dough, knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place to ferment.

Take out the dough and roll it into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin on the edges.

Wrap the filling (add salt before wrapping and mix well).

Shape into buns.

Put them into the steamer one by one, leaving a gap, put them in cold water, let them ferment for 20 minutes, turn on the heat, steam them for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam them for another 3-5 minutes before they are ready.
