Prepare ingredients

Cut one chicken wing in half

Except for ginger and garlic, cut everything into prismatic pieces

Marinate the chicken wings with cooking wine for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell

Pour oil into the pan and heat it

Add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and dried chili and sauté until fragrant. Add some remaining chili and garlic before serving

Add the chicken wings and fry over high heat until both sides are slightly brown

Pour in the prepared sauce: oil, vinegar, light soy sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

When the juice is almost gone, add the remaining chili peppers and green onions, add salt and chicken powder, stir-fry evenly and serve
