Fish flavored tofu
Overview
Tofu is a delicacy with a long history in my country. Tofu is more expensive than bird's nest abroad. Tofu can be divided into north and south. Guangdong tofu is customarily made with gypsum. What I use to make fish-flavored tofu today is soft tofu made of gypsum, pressed with first-grade strong-flavor peanut oil, and the tofu fried is golden, not turbid, naturally mellow, and has no greasy feeling in the mouth.
