Mutton meatballs and winter melon soup
Overview
Many people are afraid of getting angry when eating mutton. In fact, if you pair it with some winter melon to make mutton meatballs and winter melon soup, this problem can be easily solved. The two ingredients can complement each other, so you don't have to worry about getting angry. This mutton meatball and winter melon soup is a favorite in my family, and it tastes particularly delicious when paired with it.

Wash the mutton and cut into small pieces,

Use a food processor to mince the mutton filling,

Chop the green onion and ginger into mince respectively,

Add cooking wine, minced green onion, minced ginger, pepper, starch, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the mutton stuffing,

Stir evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes,

Peel and slice the winter melon, mince the coriander,

Add water to the casserole and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat,

Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper,

Just add chopped coriander before serving. Do not use high heat when putting the mutton meatballs in the pot. Cook them slowly over low heat. When the meatballs are all floating, turn to high heat and cook. This will prevent the meatballs from being cooked apart.
