Preparation: garlic, fungus, pork

Preparation: tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic and pepper; soak fungus to remove impurities.

Remove the tips of garlic, wash and cut into inches; cut tomatoes into small pieces; mince onions, garlic and peppers; slice or shred ginger; wash and drain fungus.

Slice the pork, add cooking wine, salt, peppercorns and starch, stir and marinate

Heat the oil and stir-fry the meat slices and ginger slices.

Get some vinegar and fry

Add onion, garlic and chili and stir-fry

Add dark soy sauce (or light soy sauce) and fry

Add garlic and fry

Add the fungus and fry (if it feels dry, add a little water)

Add tomatoes and stir-fry before serving

Add pepper and sesame oil to the pan and serve.
