Soaked sea cucumber.

Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces.

Soak the mushrooms and cut them in half.

Soak scallops until soft.

Cut green onions into sections.

Peel the garlic and slice the ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms.

Add sea cucumber and fry.

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and 2 bowls of water to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Reduce the juice slightly over high heat.

Add the green onions and stir-fry evenly.
