Overview

The price of vegetables has been high, so I have no choice but to eat more tofu. Fortunately, the tofu is made by myself and tastes great. Just add some minced meat and stir-fry it.

  1. The braised tofu I just made in the morning is better than the ones sold outside

  2. Use a knife to cut the tofu and cut into some minced meat. Add some pepper starch to the minced meat and mix well

  3. Heat a wok, pour oil and sauté minced ginger and red chili until fragrant

  4. Add the minced meat and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color and produces oil

  5. Spray in cooking wine to remove the smell

  6. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

  7. Pour a little soy sauce to add color and flavor

  8. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil

  9. Add tofu, cover and simmer until flavorful
