Minced Pork Tofu
Overview
The price of vegetables has been high, so I have no choice but to eat more tofu. Fortunately, the tofu is made by myself and tastes great. Just add some minced meat and stir-fry it.

The braised tofu I just made in the morning is better than the ones sold outside

Use a knife to cut the tofu and cut into some minced meat. Add some pepper starch to the minced meat and mix well

Heat a wok, pour oil and sauté minced ginger and red chili until fragrant

Add the minced meat and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color and produces oil

Spray in cooking wine to remove the smell

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour a little soy sauce to add color and flavor

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil

Add tofu, cover and simmer until flavorful

When the soup thickens, add a spoonful of salt and stir well

A little water starch to thicken the gravy

Turn off the heat and drizzle some sesame oil

Plate and sprinkle some chopped chives
